Tirzah/Seekers Passage - Guild Wars Forums

I have contacted Guild Wars Support Team twice and done what they suggested, which is complete every quest in The Crystal Desert and Vanyi's quests in Droknars. I have completed every quest but 1 in the entire region and I cannot get Tirzah to speak to me in dialogue. And when I run the quest I cannot see Chebar and if I run the quest with someone else, I can see him but cannot talk to him. Is there something specific I need to do to get Tirzah to dialogue in full with me???
